CANCELLATION POLICY

MAX FURNITURE MARKETING

At MAX FURNITURE MARKETING, we aim to process orders efficiently and fairly.
Below are our guidelines for order cancellations.


1. Cancellation Before Processing

Customers may request to cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been packed or shipped.

  • Reason for cancellation

Approved cancellations will receive a full refund.


2. Orders Already Shipped

Once the item has been shipped or is in transit, the order cannot be cancelled.
Customers may refer to the Return & Refund Policy (if available on your website) for further action.


3. Non-Cancellable Items

The following cannot be cancelled once confirmed:

  • Custom-made / special-sized furniture
  • Promotional, clearance, or discounted items
  • Bulk corporate orders already in production

4. Cancellation by MAX FURNITURE MARKETING

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Stock unavailability
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Failed or unverified payment
  • Inaccurate delivery details
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

Customers will be notified, and full refunds will be issued for cancelled orders.


5. Refund Processing

For approved cancellations:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 7–14 working days
  • Customers will be notified via email once completed
